How does the magic begin?
It all starts when you click the red "Upload Your Drawing" button on the product page. Once your order is complete, my scribes will reach out to the email you provided within 24 hours to confirm that the grand process has officially begun!
How do you ensure it's perfect?
Our artisans then begin to handcraft the essence of your kids' imagination into a custom figurine. To ensure the magic is just right, we work closely with you, asking for your approval at every stage from digital sculpt to final form.
When does the keepsake arrive?
Once you give the final 'yes', your keepsake will be in your hands in about 9-10 days for UK deliveries. That timeframe includes our 7-day period for magical finishing touches and its journey to you with Royal Mail.
